We carry out shipments throughout Chile exclusively with the Chilexpress delivery company.

You can pay your order to all of Chile online. (check availability beforehand)

CONDITIONS OF THE DISPATCH SERVICE:

Your order will be sent after receipt of your payment or crediting of funds in the bank and are processed during our working hours (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

The dispatch cycles are as follows:

Dispatches with Chilexpress: Orders must be placed and paid before 1 pm and they will have a delivery period of 2 to 3 business days. This time is subject to the availability of Chilexpress to carry out such orders.

For international purchases, they will be made through Credit Card. In these cases, the client will assume the surcharges for the use of the service, as well as the shipping costs and nationalization taxes corresponding to each country.

The insurance of the equipment sent will be granted by the company that provides the parcel service, Castel Telecomunicaciones. It is not responsible for the damages caused to the merchandise during the shipment of the same.

Unhindered return

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us.

In the event that the product does NOT comply with the technical or aesthetic characteristics presented, you can request the withdrawal of the product from Castel Telecomunicaciones if you meet the following conditions:

1.- Request a return within 20 days after receiving the product.

2.- The product must be unused, with labels, in perfect condition and must have the original packaging. Likewise, all its accessories, manuals and warranty policies must be returned. If the product is vacuum sealed it should not be opened.

3.- In the event that the product has been used or tested, the return can only be made if, within 180 days after the purchase, it presents a failure or damage that can be certified by a Castel Telecomunicaciones technical service. The return will only be made once it has been established that the fault has a factory origin and is not attributable to the customer.

International deliveries

- International shipments will be quoted by Fedex or DHL, once the client notifies us of their order.

It will be sent via email, freight cost and international transfer data.
